What is the multi-screen service?

With our multi-screen service (service multi-écrans) on my.t, you can watch 30 my.t channels on 2 other screens than your TV for e.g on your smartphone or on a tablet.

With our multi-screen service, you can also :

Access more than 1,700 Videos on Demand on your smartphone or tablet.

Watch and watch again your favourite shows on our Catch Up TV service.

How much does it cost ?

Our multi-screen service is offered free to my.t customers subscribed to our 2Mbps, 4Mbps, 20Mbps, 30Mbps and 100Mbps offers.

Unlimited and free viewing of your multi-screen channels on your home Wi-Fi on a tablet/smartphone

On the move, you can still view your multi-screen channels on our 3G+/4G mobile network. You will be billed Rs0.50/minute.

I am an existing my.t 2Mbps, 4Mbps, 20Mbps/30Mbps/100Mbps customer, how do I subscribe to multi-screens service?

  • Inbox us on our Facebook page and send us your:

    1. Mauritius Telecom fixed line no.  

    2. 1st device details: smartphone/tablet, iOS/Android  

    3. 2nd device details: smartphone/tablet, iOS/Android  

    or Call us on 8902 or proceed to nearest Telecom shop

  • A username and password will be provided to you within 24 hours of your request

  • Download my.t app for multi-screen

  • Click on my.t app

    Enter your username and password to access live channels, Video on Demand, Catch Up TV, TV guide. If you have activated Parental Control on your my.t, then you will need to enter digit 1 to access the live channels

    my.t app for multi-screens lets you view on your smartphone/tablet:

    1. 30 live my.t channels

    2. 1,700 videos on demand
