Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser. The myt Spot & Win Campaign (the “Competitions”) are organised by Mauritius Telecom Ltd, operating under the myt brand (the “Organiser”).
2. Competition Period. The myt Spot & Win Campaign consists of three (3) separate weekly competitions conducted between 5 August 2026 and 26 August 2026. Each weekly competition is independent and will run for seven (7) consecutive days according to the schedule published on the official competition page. Any entry received after the applicable closing date and time will not be considered
3. Eligibility.
   • The Competition is open to residents of Mauritius.
   • Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Mauritius Telecom, its subsidiaries, agencies, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter. To participate, entrants must:
   • Watch the official myt Spot & Win competition video on the page provided.
   • Identify the brand elements forming part of the new myt logo.
   • Enter the timestamps corresponding to each identified brand element on the designated competition webpage.
   • Submit their completed entry before the closing date.
   • Participants must tag at least one (1) friend in the official competition post on Facebook or Instagram to complete their entry.

   Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted.

5. Valid Entries. To qualify for the draw:
   • Entries must be submitted within the Competition Period.
   • Participants must provide accurate and complete information.
   • All required timestamp entries must be submitted.
   • Any duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or misleading entries may be disqualified
6. Winner Selection.
   • At the end of each weekly competition, all eligible entries that correctly identify the requested myt brand element and provide the correct timestamp within the competition period will be entered into a random electronic draw.
   • One (1) winner will be selected each week from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted by Mauritius Telecom Ltd.
   • The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected winner before awarding the prize. If the selected winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to conduct another draw to select an alternative winner.
   • The Organiser's decision regarding the winner selection shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize. The winner will receive: A total of three (3) Huawei Smartwatches will be awarded during the Campaign, with one (1) smartwatch awarded to the winner of each weekly competition.

   The prize:

   • Is not transferable.
   • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • Cannot be substituted at the request of the winner

   The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

8. Winner Notification. The selected winner will be contacted using the contact details submitted with the entry.

   If the winner:

   • cannot be contacted within seven (7) calendar days;
   • fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe; or
   • is found to be ineligible,

   the Organiser reserves the right to conduct a further draw and select an alternative winner.

9. Verification. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding the prize. Participants will be required to provide proof of identity.
10. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their name, image, photograph and likeness may be used by the Organiser for publicity, promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Data Protection. Personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for:
    • administering the Competition;
    • contacting the winner;
    • prize fulfilment; and
    • related promotional activities.

    The Organiser will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policies.

12. Disqualification. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
    • breaches these Terms and Conditions;
    • submits false information;
    • uses automated methods or fraudulent means to enter;
    • attempts to manipulate the Competition or draw process.
13. Limitation of Liability. The Organiser shall not be liable for:
    • technical failures;
    • internet interruptions;
    • website downtime;
    • lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted submissions;
    • any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice where circumstances make such action necessary.
15. Acceptance of Terms. Participation in the Competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
16. Governing Law.The Competition and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
