The domain name @orange.mu is no longer valid and hence @orange.mu emails are no longer operational. However, existing mailboxes are operational under the @intnet.mu domain using the same name chosen for the email address (i.e. johnsmith@intnet.mu instead of johnsmith@orange.mu).
@intnet.mu and @orange.mu mailboxes have the same credentials (password).
Please use “bow.intnet.mu” for the incoming mail server and “smtp.intnet.mu” for the outgoing mail server.
If you are using a non-my.t broadband connection or you are abroad, please use "smtpauth.intnet.mu" for the outgoing mail server. Select the option "My Outgoing Mail server requires authentication" and the option to input your username/password. Do not select the option "Use the same server for incoming/outgoing". If problem persists, contact your ISP to determine which SMTP server to use.
Kindly change your email address to @intnet.mu on your email application, such as Outlook.
Please update your Facebook account settings with the new email address. For example, if you used johnsmith@orange.mu to create your Facebook account, in Settings update your email address to johnsmith@intnet.mu.

Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Click edit under the Account section. Click on Change Apple ID. Enter your new Apple ID email address. Click Save. Check your inbox for an email called ‘Verify your Apple ID’ from Apple and click Verify now.
Please inform all your contacts about the change from @orange.mu to @intnet.mu, as well as update your email address on any communication medium (e.g. business cards, website, etc.).
If you have used the @orange.mu email for any account creation (e.g. ebay, Mari Deal, etc.), please update your email address accordingly.
