Follow the steps below to receive your bills by email
- Log in to 'Selfcare'
- Click on 'Payments'
- Click on 'Billing details'
- Select number
- Click on 'Bill dispatch'
- Select 'By email'
- Enter email address(es)
- Click on 'Save Changes'
+   Why did I receive my bill via email instead of paper bills as from 1st August?
Mauritius Telecom no longer provides paper bills to all new and existing my.t Postpay customers as from 1st August 2020.
By receiving your bills by email instead of paper bills, you will be contributing to an eco-friendly and greener environment.
+   How do I opt for the Bill by email service?
It’s really easy. Just register on bill.myt.mu.
You will receive an email to validate your registration. (Please check your Spam / Junk E-mail folder if you have not received a mail from us within a few minutes.)
For any support, our team will be glad to help you; call us on 8900 (for residential customers) or 8901 (for SMEs). Other businesses are kindly requested to contact their Account Representative.
+   What happens when I register?
You will receive your next my.t Postpay bill(s) by email and no longer receive paper bills by post.
It’s important that at the time of registration you give us your preferred email address. Please note that you will need to enter the National ID / Passport Number or BRN of the owner of the line during the registration.
+   I have more than 1 Postpay mobile number. Can I register for Bill by email for all my Postpay numbers?
Yes. During the registration, you will be able to upload an excel sheet with all your Postpay numbers.
+   I provided an email address when I registered but I am no longer using it. Can I get my bills on my new email address?
Yes, of course. Residential customers can drop us an email on email@example.com; businesses on firstname.lastname@example.org or you can also contact your Account Representative. We’ll do everything we can to help.
+   I would like the bill to be sent to more than 1 email address. Is this possible?
Yes, of course. You can provide more than 1 email address when registering for the service. We advise you to only add email addresses of people/companies whom you trust.

+   Will I get a notification when my bills are issued?
Yes, once registered you will receive an SMS to inform you each time new bills are issued.
+   Can I request Mauritius Telecom to issue a paper bill for my my.t Postpay account?
Paper bills will be charged at Rs 50 VAT exclusive per month. In case you wish to continue receiving your paper bill, please send us an email on email@example.com
+   I don’t have an email address, what can I do?
No worries. Creating an email address is very easy and free. What’s more, if you’re a Fibre Broadband customer with Mauritius Telecom, you are eligible to a FREE email address. You can also call our team on 8902 (for residential customers), 8901 (for SMEs) or 8919 (for other businesses) and we will be glad to help you.
