It is a new mobile application enabling contactless payment of all your utility bills (MT - Fixed & Mobile, CEB & CWA) anytime anywhere.
Download my.t billpay app from:
  • Play Store (Android user)
  • App Store (iOS user)
  • AppGallery (Huawei user).
Please note that data charges may be applicable when downloading the app.
Yes, Wi-Fi or mobile data is required when using the app. However, my.t mobile customers will not be charged for data.
Data charges may be applicable if you are on another mobile network. Kindly check with your mobile operator please.

Register to my.t billpay app

Registering for my.t billpay is easy. Follow the steps on your smartphone
  • Enter your NID/Passport and Mobile number.
  • Click on 'Continue'
  • Enter your Surname, other names and email.
  • Agree to 'Terms and Conditions' and click on 'Create Account'.
  • Enter the 'One time password' (OTP) received on your mobile number and click on 'OK'
No, you can use any other local mobile operator’s SIM card to enjoy my.t billpay services.
Yes. Even if accessing the app is free of charge, your my.t mobile account must have a minimum credit of Rs. 5.60 or a mobile data package if you are not on a Wi-Fi network. But do not worry, accessing the app will not tap into your credit or mobile data package.
You will then be required to add your utility bills.

Utility Bills

Adding your bills or any third party bills on my.t billpay is easy. Simply follow the steps:
  • MT Bill
  • On the home page, click on the 'Tap here to add your bill account' button or click on '+'
  • Choose service – either my.t home or my.t Postpay
  • Scan the QR code on your bill and all details will be auto filled.
  • Insert a name for your bill. For example: Dad Home 234 6789
  • Click on 'Add Account'
  • CEB Bill
  • On the home page, click on the 'Tap here to add your bill account' button or click on '+'
  • Choose service – CEB
  • Enter Business Partner reference and Contract Acct. (Refer to your latest CEB bill)
  • Insert a name for your bill. For example: Home
  • Click on 'Add Account'
  • CWA Bill
  • On the home page, click on the 'Tap here to add your bill account' button or click on '+'
  • Choose service – CWA
  • Enter Customer Account Number and Meter Number (Refer to your latest CWA bill)
  • Insert a name for your bill. For example: Home
  • Click on 'Add Account'
  • MT Bill

my.t home and my.t post pay bills will be cleared on the same day.

  • CEB Bill

Once payment is effected through my.t billpay app, the amount due will be cleared instantly. On the CEB system, it will be cleared on the next working day.

  • CWA Bill

Once payment is effected through my.t billpay app, the amount due will be cleared instantly. On the CWA system, it will be cleared on the next working day.

There are no restrictions concerning the number of utility bills you can add to your my.t bill pay account.
The amount due for your CWA bill will be displayed after you have received your bill at home.
Currently, you can only view the total amount of each unpaid bill & the due date of each bill.

Payments

It’s really easy! On your home page, select the bill you want to settle.
Click on Pay and choose my.t money as mode of payment.
If you are not yet registered to my.t money, visit your nearest Telecom Shop with your NID card.
No, paying your bill via my.t billpay is free of charge.
Currently, you need to pay the total amount of all your unpaid bills.
You can pay up to a maximum of Rs 5,000 per day.
Yes. You can do so by checking the 'History' section of the my.t money app. All your transactions are updated instantaneously in this section.

Notifications

You will receive an SMS and an in-app notification for each payment. You can also check the 'History' section of the app.
Yes, you will get an SMS and an app notification when a new bill is issued.
Yes, you will get an SMS and an app notification 2 days before the due date.
Yes, you will get an SMS and an app notification on the due date so that you do not miss your payment.

Pay merchants

Push Payment, also known as buyer-initiated payment, allows a customer to settle bills or “push” money to registered merchants on my.t bill pay app.

  • Moura Trading Investment Co. Ltd
  • MUA Life Insurance
  • Rogers Capital Finance
  • SICOM Life Insurance
  • Enter your NID/Passport and Mobile number.
  • Click on 'Continue'
  • Enter your Surname, other names and email.
  • Agree to 'Terms and Conditions' and click on 'Create Account'.
  • Enter the 'One time password' (OTP) received on your mobile number and click on 'OK'

Payments

  • On home page, click on 'merchant'
  • From the drop down list, select the merchant you want to pay
  • Enter the required details (may vary per merchant).
  • (Important: Ensure correct details are entered to avoid delay in account clearance by merchant)
  • Click on ‘Pay’ for payment to be effected with my.t money
Not yet registered to my.t money? Visit your nearest Telecom Shop with your NID card.
No, payment to merchant on my.t bill pay app is free of charge.
You can pay up to a maximum of Rs 5,000 per day.
Payments made will be cleared by the merchant within 3 working days.
The surplus payment will be accounted as advance payment by the merchant.
Yes, you can pay bills for another person. Just make sure you enter the correct details while making the payment.

Notifications

After successful payment, you will receive two sms: one from my.t bill pay app and one from my.t money app, confirming the amount paid to the merchant.
Click on ‘History’ on your my.t bill pay app. All your transactions are updated instantaneously in this section.
Check whether the transaction appears in the ‘History’ section of your my.t money app.
If yes, click on the transaction to get the reference (billpayxxxxx) and call on 8908 for assistance.
If not, the payment has not been effected.
