How to proceed?

Create your account

  • Enter your NID/Passport and Mobile Number.
  • Click on Continue
  • Enter your Surname and Name
  • Agree to 'Terms and Conditions' and click on Create Account.
  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click on OK.

Add my bill

  • On the home page, click on the ‘tap here to add’ button
  • Choose the bill type from drop down list
  • Scan the QR code on your bill and all details will be auto filled.(To be noted that you can scan any bill – even an old bill that has already been paid. Your actual due bills will appear)
  • Insert a name for your bill
  • Click on Add Account.

Effect a payment

  • Login on the app
  • On home page, select the bill you want to settle.
  • Click on Pay and choose your mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card & my.t money )
  • You will receive a notification via SMS for successful transaction.

Note: Once an account is created and a bill is scanned, all future bills will be appearing automatically on the app
