To be eligible to the Postpay device offer, you need to be an existing my.t Postpay customer for at least 6 months.
For the time being, you can only purchase a device from the above list.
The charges will be included in your monthly Postpay bill.
You will receive your monthly bill on the email address you provided during your subscription.
If you fail to pay your monthly instalments or any other sum due under this agreement despite several reminders, we reserve the right to:
  • block the IMEI
  • take credit control actions
  • terminate your contract.
In the event of early termination, you will remain liable to pay any outstanding amount due for the device.

For individual use:

Visit your nearest Telecom Shop with your NID & a proof of address.

For Small Businesses & Enterprises:

Visit your nearest Telecom Shop with a copy of your BRN and NID of the company’s director or the authorized signatory.

Yes, you can clear your outstanding bills before the 24-month contract period.
