Staff of Mauritius Telecom take pride in their work, believe that their contributions make a difference and feel good about the ways that Mauritius Telecom contributes to the community at large. These are some of the responses shared by employees of Mauritius Telecom in the Great Place to Work proprietary survey, the Trust Index, which is run by the global leader in terms of certifying employee experience and internal culture.

Over the years, Mauritius Telecom, under the leadership of Mr Sherry Singh, has made our country proud by receiving various accolades on the local, regional as well as international front, for its robust network infrastructure, commercial achievements and innovative offerings but this is the first time ever that it has received a recognition solely based on the opinion and feeling of its staff.  Indeed, Mauritius Telecom is proudly certified as a Great Place to Work since November 2021.

About the Great Place to Work Certification

The Great Place to Work Certification is run by Great Place to Work international and is based on two proprietary tools; the Trust Index which is an employee survey of 64 questions and the Culture Audit evaluating the people policies and practices that make a company a great place to work.  A company is certified after having received the required participation rate as well as the required percentage of positive responses.  The certification is valid for a period of one year and is renewable upon running the survey again.
