For postpay, the customer is responsible for ensuring that he/she is authorized to use the mobile service along with associated charges.
For prepay, the customer has to effect immediate payment upon purchase.

Yes. You need to buy packs that cover the different countries you will be travelling to.
- Download the myt travel app from Play Store, App Store, and Huawei AppGallery.
- Register if you are a first-time user or sign in if you already have an account.
- For myt exclusive pack, first-time users will be required to enter their mobile number and complete OTP verification to register. For subsequent logins, OTP verification will not be required.
- Select your destination and preferred pack.
For prepay customers:
- Choose whether you are purchasing the pack for yourself or as a gift for another person.
- Enter the mobile number that will use the pack.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number for verification, even if you are purchasing the pack for another person.
- Enter the travel information, including the arrival date at your destination.
- Click Proceed to complete the purchase using one of the available payment methods:
- myt money
- Credit/Debit card
- Mobile Credit
For myt exclusive pack, once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation by SMS.
For other travel packs, you will receive a QR code by email which you will have to scan to install on your eSIM compatible smartphone.
You can view your purchases at any time on myt travel app under My SIMs section.
For postpay customers:
- Enter your travel information, including the arrival date at your destination.
- Insert the OTP received via SMS or WhatsApp.
- Click Proceed to complete the purchase using one of the available payment methods:
- myt money
- Credit/Debit card
- Mobile credit
- Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation by SMS.
- You will be charged in your next myt bill.
You can view your purchases at any time on myt travel app under My SIMs section.
For non-myt customers:
- After selection of destination and preferred pack, proceed to payment via:
- myt money
- Credit/Debit card

If you have purchased a myt exclusive pack, it will be activated on the travel date you have selected.
If you have purchased one of the other travel packs, it will be activated upon arrival at your destination once it connects to a supported network.
No. myt travel pack supports data only.
Voice calls and SMS are charged according to applicable roaming rates.
- Go to My SIMs.
- Select your pack.
- Tap View Details.
For myt exclusive pack, you may also send QUERY by SMS to +2308684 (prepay customers only). Roaming SMS charges will be applied.
For myt exclusive packs, you will receive SMS notifications when you reach 70%, 90% and 100% of data usage.
For other travel packs, you will receive notifications by email.
On the my.t app, go to My SIMs, then tap the bar chart icon (bottom right) to view your pack details.
You will also receive a notification by SMS (myt exclusive) and email (other travel packs).
Of course! Follow the steps to top up your pack:
- On myt travel app, go to My SIMs
- Under My Plans section, go to Top Up and select Buy Now

If you have remaining data, you can top up with another data plan. However, you will not be able to buy the same pack until full consumption.
Other travel packs
You can top up your existing data pack or buy another even if you have remaining data.
myt exclusive pack
- Yes. The new pack activates immediately upon purchase.
- Each pack retains its own data allowance and validity period.
- Any unused data will not be carried forward.
Other travel packs
- Yes. Unused data is carried forward and added to the new pack.
- If you have more than one active pack for the same destination, data will be used first from the pack that expires earliest.
- Any unused data will expire at the end of the pack’s validity period and will not be carried forward.
If you have used up your data allowance before the validity period, you will have to top up your pack.
However, if you have one of the other Unlimited travel packs, you will be able to browse at a reduced speed until the next daily reset.
Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried forward.
- Restart your device.
- Verify that the eSIM is installed (for other travel packs).
- Ensure Data Roaming is enabled on your device.
- Verify that your pack is active.
- Manually select a supported network.

- To view the supported networks for your destination, select your pack in the myt travel app and tap the information icon next to the country.
Please contact us on our WhatsApp number 55005001(text only) or send an email to myttravel@telecom.mu immediately to deactivate the mobile number for myt exclusive pack or your profile for other travel packs to avoid unauthorized usage. You can then go on myt travel app to purchase a new pack.
The pack will not provide internet connection outside the covered destinations.
Standard roaming charges may apply.
Refund requests may be considered provided no data usage has been recorded.
All requests are assessed in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
