Emergency Credit
Emergency Credit allows you to get airtime when your balance is below Rs 5. This amount is automatically deducted when you recharge.
You need to repay your current Emergency Credit first before requesting another one.
| Emergency Credit | Channel |
|---|---|
| Rs 15 | myt money |
| Rs 35 | myt money, *111# |
| Rs 70 | myt money |
| Rs 100 | myt money |
The Rs 15 Emergency Credit is still available and can now be accessed via myt money. Based on customer demand, we have introduced a higher amount of Rs 35 on *111# to give you more flexibility to buy more or higher mobile data packs at one go.
Repayment is automatic. When you recharge, the amount due is deducted first.
Only the due amount is deducted. The remaining balance stays in your account.
Your full recharge will be used to partially repay the credit. The remaining amount will be deducted from your next recharge.
If you recharge after 24 hours, a service fee will apply. The system will deduct the Emergency Credit amount plus the applicable service fee from your recharge.
Emergency Credit Service Fee and Total Repayment
