About my.t Everywhere

my.t Everywhere is a plug & play service that allows you to enjoy high-speed internet at home or on the go, without the need for a fibre connection. Simply plug in the device, connect, and start browsing.

The service uses Mauritius Telecom’s 5G network to deliver internet to your my.t Everywhere device. You can then connect your phone, laptop, TV, or other devices to it.

You will get a 5G Plug & Play device and 1 Postpay SIM card with unlimited data.

How to subscribe to my.t Everywhere?

Any customer in Mauritius and Rodrigues within the coverage area can subscribe.

No. my.t Everywhere does not require a fixed line.

You can subscribe:

  • Go to a Telecom shop & request for the my.t Everywhere offer and our frontline staff will give you a my.t Everywhere device with a Postpay SIM card inserted in it
  • Go home & plug in the device
  • Connect your devices via Wi-Fi
  • No technician visit is required.

Yes. my.t Everywhere is portable. As long as you are within Mauritius Telecom’s 4G/5G coverage, you can use the service at any location.

Internet speeds depend on your location, network coverage, and the number of users connected. Under good coverage, you can enjoy fast 5G speed suitable for browsing, streaming, video calls, and more.

You will get a monthly data allowance of 1TB in your my.t Everywhere offer.  Once you reach your limit, you will browse at a reduced speed.

Yes. The my.t Everywhere device allows multiple users to connect at the same time.

You will receive your monthly bills via e-mail or via SMS on the email address/ mobile number you provided during the subscription.

You can continue browsing at reduced speed.

Yes. With strong coverage, you can stream videos, attend online classes, work remotely, and play online games smoothly.

You can connect any Wi-Fi device in your home to the 5G Router, from PCs to Laptops to smart appliances.

The minimum contractual period for my.t Everywhere is 6 months.

Yes. The penalty fee = monthly rental x remaining months to complete 6 months (as per contract).

No. There is no security deposit but there is a non-refundable one-off fee of Rs 1,000 (VAT incl.) applicable.

We advise you to place your router where my.t mobile coverage is available.

In case you experience poor mobile connection, we recommend you check our Fibre Home Internet & TV offers and choose the best one that suits you. 

To verify your data consumption, you may log on to the 5G router’s interface by accessing the device manager website, found at the bottom of your router.

  • Open your preferred browser either on your laptop or smartphone.
  • Log on to the device manager website (at the bottom of your router).
  • Access the 5G router’s interface to change your password and Wi-Fi name.

Yes.  To make voice calls, subscribe to our Voice Pack 100 and connect a fixed phone (wired or wireless) to the telephone port at the back of your router. Call 8900 or visit a Telecom shop.  

No, you cannot use this device outside Mauritius or Rodrigues.
